**Travel Arrangements**
Based in the DMV, our services extend beyond borders. For weddings outside of the DMV, please provide flight, accommodation and transportation. This will be itemized as an additional charge on your invoice. Our team will diligently select the most suitable flight aligned with your event's schedule your preferences.
**Booking Process**
Secure your desired date and time with a 10% upfront deposit.
**Availability**
Fridays through Sundays are reserved for weddings; kindly inquire about availability for other events.
**Turnaround Time**
Allow 2-3 weeks for meticulous editing, ensuring a gallery that surpasses expectations.
**Posing Guidance**
We'll expertly guide you through the entire session, capturing both posed and candid moments.
**Preparing for the Session**
Bring personal items in a small bag/tote, including water, phone, keys, wallet, etc. Also, a sweat rag, blotting paper, water, hairbrush, hairspray, and makeup essentials for any touch-ups. Most importantly, bring vibrant energy for authentic imagery.
**Makeup Recommendation**
Opt for a professional makeup artist, ideally the one booked for your wedding. Schedule makeup/hair 3-5 hours before the photoshoot.
**Cancellation Policy**
In the event of a cancellation, deposits act as fees. Notify us 72 hours in advance to credit the deposit for a future session.
**Editing Process**
All delivered images undergo post-production enhancement, including airbrushing, color correction, cropping, and touch-ups.
**Prints**
Upon gallery delivery, order prints from our online shop, featuring canvases, framed prints, standout prints, and more.
**Efficiency & Timeliness**
Arrive 15 minutes early to maximize your experience. Late arrivals cannot extend session time; makeup/hair scheduled 4-6 hours before the photoshoot is recommended.
**Weather Considerations (Outdoor Sessions)**
For optimal images, we may reschedule due to adverse weather conditions. If a 40% chance of inclement weather is forecasted, you'll receive notice the night before for a possible reschedule. Rest assured, we'll create magic on a new date if needed.
